This is a shelf sitter for Joyce's Stand Up & Shout swap over on Splitcoaststampers. I cut the doll with a Spellbinders die. The head is from some kitty themed playing cards. I used a Sizzix folder to emboss the background.

Oh my word, look at how cute she is! Definitely coveting :) her outfit is beautiful with the gorgeous papers and pretty details. Love her little face and headpiece. The sentiment made me laugh!
